The school selects the LVN/LPN Snapshot™ pathway and identifies student cohorts, faculty users, preceptors, and clinical sites.

Step 2 — Student Profile Creation
Each student receives an individual Snapshot™ profile.

Step 3 — Clinical Assignment
Students are linked to faculty, clinical instructors, preceptors, and clinical locations.

Step 4 — Evaluation Completion
Preceptors or instructors complete short competency evaluations during or after clinical experiences.

Step 5 — Rating Assigned
Each evaluation receives a Green, Yellow, or Red rating.

Yellow or Red concerns are routed to assigned faculty or program leadership.
